山东城市服务职业学院是经山东省人民政府批准建立的全日制公办省属高等职业学校，始建于1965年，隶属于山东省商业集团有限公司。学校坐落于烟台高新技术产业开发区，规划占地751亩，建筑面积23万平方米。拥有烹饪、西餐、数控加工、汽车维修、幼儿教育等现代化专业实验、实训室136个，各类教学和实训设备总价值1.7亿元，可满足教学、培训、职业技能鉴定和产品研发等需要，为高技能人才培养提供了良好的条件。目前学制教育在校生16000余人，每年面向社会培训鉴定7000余人。
